Ec Dewitt
Due to the company down sizing and closing the manufacturing side of the business there was a relocation required from industrial to commercial premises. Due to the amount of staff we had to design the lay out for maximum space utilisation with an open plan office integrated departments. KM3 storage walls were installed to maximise wall storage, leaving the main office available for workstations.
Highly inspired and indulgent meeting rooms and breakout areas were required to keep up staff moral in a busy environment and also inspire the creativity of the marketing & product development departments., this was achieved by luxurious decoration and soft seating. Fully glazed management offices and breakout areas were put in place as to not cut off anyone and give the impression of being fully open plan.

Meadowvale Foods
Customer was to occupy 2 brand new offices and wished to develop this into 1 office area. Worked with the client to choose the correct partitioning system and office layout. Installed Komfort 600 series & Komfire 100 together with KM3 storage walls and fully glazed polar with manifestation. Also for there storage requirements we designed and installed a Dexion Bruynzeel Compactus Mobile Shelving system to maximise there use of floor space. Once everything was fully completed we arrange re-location of their existing furniture and also other office equipment.

Siemens Medical Healthcare; Llanberis; 2008/2009
Client approached DSP for a complete laboratory refurbishment through staged phases. The laboratories are a working environment and DSP worked alongside the customer area by area to minimise disruption. This project has been ongoing from April 2008, installing Komfort C64 clean rooms, incorporating specially design doors, laboratory furniture, fume cupboards and specially colour co-ordinated shelving. UPVC Hygiene Wall Cladding was also incorporated for the lab areas were required.
EMS – Runcorn
We first met this client in 2006 to carry out an office refurbishment to there new premises due to expansion. On this project we installed architectural curved feature walls and ceilings and specialised lighting with 600 series double glazed partitioning units with integral blinds and manifestation, Office Furniture, screens and seating.
In 2008 we were approached again due to the company expanding further, larger premises were once again required. From this we stripped out the previous occupants fixtures & fitting and installed new Komfort 600 series partitioning with fully glazed doors, modified ceilings, natural wood flooring, carpets and an architectural front entrance.

Due to expansion the client wished to relocate to new premises close by. DSP designed and installed the new office layout with Komfort 75 partitioning with a new kitchen and breakout area.

Virgin Trains – Crewe
Turnkey Project of a 2 floor office building; Strip old offices and install new Komfort 600 Series; Komfire 75 & Komfire 100 partitioning systems; Full electrics, air-conditioning; plumbing, flooring and decoration.
Through out the project we worked together with Virgin Trains staff to incorporate the décor to inspire the production of training sessions and staff moral though out.
